Digital Products — Instant Delivery

All products sold on Your New Calm™ are digital downloads (PDF files and printable workbooks). No physical items are shipped.

There are no shipping costs, no postal delays, and no waiting times. Your purchase is available immediately after payment is confirmed.

How You Receive Your Order

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing a secure download link for your product(s).

This email is sent automatically to the address provided at checkout.

Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you do not see it within 10 minutes, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Download Instructions

  1. Complete your purchase at checkout.
  2. Check your email inbox for your order confirmation.
  3. Click the secure download link included in the email.
  4. Save your file(s) to your device.
  5. Open and use your product immediately — no special software required beyond a PDF reader.

Your download link will remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase and allows a unlimited number of downloads. We recommend saving your file to a secure location (such as a cloud storage service or your device) immediately after downloading.
